The most creative vehicle will win a 2023 Buchanan County Fair prize!

Additional Info

  • The event is FREE to the public and does NOT cost anything to register your vehicle. See below for registration information.
  • Vehicles may begin arriving any time after 11:30 am on Sunday. Please plan to be ready to go by 1:30 pm in case of early arrivals.
  • Trunk or Treat vehicles will be parked in the parking lot between the 4-H Building and the front gate to the grandstands. Fair board members will be on-site to help direct parking.
  • All candy/treats/snacks must be pre-packaged. Promotional items are ok.
  • Per past attendance, we recommend you plan for approximately 300-500 trick-or-treaters, but keep in mind that many factors could impact these numbers.
  • Concessions will be available for purchase.
  • This event is outside. Please plan accordingly. Dress warm.
  • If inclement weather occurs, the event will be moved inside the 4-H Building.
